Prices: All prices shown throughout this web site are
in British Sterling and includes British Value added tax
at a rate of 17.5% and delivery to Northern Ireland Republic
of Ireland and U.K. only. All prices are subject to alteration
without notice and goods will be charged at the prices ruling
at the date of despatch.
Delivery:
LPC Caravans will use all reasonable endeavours to meet
delivery dates but such dates are estimates only and LPC
Caravans shall not be liable for the consequences of any
delay.Goods will be despatched via Parcelforce or
private carrier as soon as payment is received by LPC Caravans
subject to availability.
Please Allow 7 days for UK residents from date of payment
received by LPC Caravans, again subject to availability.
Warranty: All items
purchased are guaranteed for a period of 12 months from
the date of purchase against manufacturing defects in material
and workmanship. This DOES NOT include fair wear and tear,
wilful damage, negligence, abnormal working conditions,
or failure to follow any manufacturer instructions.
Specification: All
sizes, and specifications used in our web site are used
as a helpful guide only, LPC Caravans and its manufacturers
reserve the right to change specifications without prior
notice.
Returns: Any item
may be returned within 30 days for a full refund of the
items price at the time of purchase. Items returned must
be in original condition and unused. Credit card refunds
will only be credited to the credit card used to purchase
the goods. Any goods incorrectly supplied will be refunded.
Payment: Orders
will be dispatched when full payment (including any international
delivery fees) is received by LPC Caravans before any order
can be accepted. An order from a customer will be deemed
as an offer to purchase, the invoice raised by LPC Caravans
will be deemed as acceptance of that order. LPC Caravans
reserve the right to delay any despatch of goods until payment
is cleared.
Liability: The
liability of the company extends only to the purchase price
of the goods and excludes any additional costs that may
have been incurred by the buyer, whether this is due to
negligence, faulty goods, late delivery or any other occurrence.
Cancellation: Orders
placed cannot be cancelled except with the company's consent
and on terms which will indemnify the company against loss
and expenses incurred. Any goods returned without the companies
consent in writing will not be accepted for credit or refund.
